17-Xl is a red wine coupage of Grenache, Carignan and Tempranillo coming from lands with granite floors.
TASTING NOTE
Dry black wine, complex and easy to drink. Soft, with an aromatic and fresh wood.
VINIFICATION
Each variety is fermented separately. The maceration is long and at a temperature of 28ºC. Subsequently malolactic fermentation is performed. When finished it is grown in barrels, the coupage is made and then bottled. It then ages in the bottle for a few more months.
AGING
Aged in American oak barrels between 4 and 6 months. Later it ages in bottle between 3 and 5 months.
PAIRING
Combinable with any type of food, recommended with white meats, goat cheese salads, soups, sausages and mushrooms. Also rice of any kind of ingredient.
