Acústic White 2017

ORIGIN ACUSTIC: The philosophy to create this wine is to use the knowledge of the ancient vineyards of the wonderful native varieties and also the ancient tradition and know-how of the old winegrowers of the land of the Montsant. It is an acoustic wine, without electricity that claims and seeks roots and value of traditional viticulture facing the current globalization of wines full of makeup and technology lacking in soul, personality and uniqueness, etc ...Back to the roots, to the uniqueness of the autochthonous expressing the deepest environment of these indomitable vineyards guarded by the majestic Sierra del Montsant. Fine, personal and elegant wines that are the fruit of these wise old vineyards that seek to express their soul, uniqueness and tradition.

VINEYARDS. Wine elaborated with noble vineyards from 35 to 65 years old of the wonderful Grenache and Carignan (Samsó) varieties in the environment of the Sierra del Montsant. Various vineyards that come from Els Guiamets, Masroig, Marçà, Capçanes, Siurana and Cornudellla del Montsant located between 300 and 700
meters high. The wine is the result of the beautiful combination of 40% Grenache that brings fineness, fragrance of fresh red fruit and femininity and a 60% of Samsó (Carignan) that contributes color, structure and black fruit.

ELABORATION. Respecting the grape very much, we look for the varietal expressivity of these autochthonous varieties. We macerate the wine for 15 days with numerous "pigeages" a day to respectfully extract all the color of the grape. Pressed in a small vertical wooden press. The day after being pressed wine racking with its lees to the barrels that are in the underground wineries of the winery to make the malolactic fermentation. Breeding for 9-10
Months in barrels of 1 and 2 wines of French oak. It is not filtered or clarified to preserve its purest identity.

TASTING NOTE. Pure wine, acoustic, unplugged ... juicy vine wine ......... Cherry color, violet rim. Aroma red fruit, violets, toilet herbs, spices. Palate: fruity, tasty, full, complex. Poetry of finesse and elegance.

IDENTITY. Natural presentation where there is an abstract representation that can remember an acoustic instrument of string like the chelo of the teacher from El Vendrell (Pau Casals), although also it can be a grain of ink grape crossed by violaceous rays of the wine or ... depending on the acoustic sense of each person.
