Adernats Xarel·lo Vermell is a young white wine monovarietal, 100% red Xarel·lo, ancestral variety of the Mediterranean of Tarragona. Also is called "Caroixà de Marina".
TASTING NOTE
Pale salmon color. In the nose the aromas of white fruit of bone are combined, as well as slightly citric notes. Very fresh mouth filling with a subtle bitterness. A complex and structured but fresh and unique wine.
PAIRING
Ideal for appetizers, salads and white fish.
