X de Saó del Coster is a single-varietal white wine, 100% Albariño of organic grapes from estates situated on gentle slopes at 360 meters above sea level. Slopes composed of granite sand, generally rich in organic matter.
TASTING NOTE
Straw yellow color with greenish tones. In nose fruity aromas of citrus fruits and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is a fresh and mineral wine.
AGING
Aging on lees is carried out for 14 months in stainless steel tanks.
