Martín Códax 2022

Martín Códax is a single-varietal white wine, 100% Albariño, which follows a rigorous and careful process to guarantee its varietal purity and the traditional essence of wines originating in the Salnés Valley.

TASTING NOTE

Lemon yellow color with greenish reflections. Bright and clean, with a slight bubble showing his youth. In the nose is a wine of medium intensity, with ripe citrus notes of lime and mandarin. The floral note predominates (hawthorn, jasmine and orange blossom) and an herbaceous hay-like background. While in the mouth it is a wine enveloping, fresh and with good balance. The retronasal remembers the note of ripe citrus.

Ideal to accompany seafood, fish, white meats, rice and fresh cheeses.
