Almodí Roure is a Monovarietal Red Wine, 100% Borruda Grenache.
TASTING NOTE
Dense red wine with a violet color, bright in the glass. It emits raspberries, blackberries and berries bouquets with a dab of licorice and spices. Juicy and fresh in the mouth. On the nose, we feel the red fruit jams bouquets.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Handmade grape harvest in boxest. Aging for 4 months in french oak barrels.
PAIRING
Perfecto to join with meat, rice, risotto and aperitizer.
