Andeluna 1300 Torrontés White 2016 is a monovarietal white wine, 100% Torrontés from the vineyards of Tupungato.
TASTING NOTE
Silvery green and steel color. Aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and tropical fruits where rude, jasmine and white peach stand out. The palate is fresh and with an intense finish.
VINIFICATION
The grape used was extracted in its entirety from vineyards located in Tupungato, Mendoza at more than 1300m above sea level, an area characterized by its great thermal amplitude which allows to obtain grapes of great intensity in its color and an important aromatic expression . Ideal to make wines of natural concentration suitable for the guard. The vineyards chosen have an adequate irrigation management through the drip system that provides the exact amount of water needed by the plant. A canopy management is carried out with a yield per hectare of less than 10,000 kg. The clusters are characterized by having small grains and have adequate exposure to the sun to preserve the aromatic characteristics. Selection of grains manually. Fermentation by means of selected yeasts in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature that oscillates at 15ºC. Without step by wood.
ADVICE
Ideal to enjoy it at this time although it could remain in the bottle because it has a great potential for storage.
