Andeluna Pasionado Cuatro Cepas is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Malbec.
TASTING NOTE
Intense red color with embroidered shade. The nose has aromas with a defined personality of the variety with marked notes of red pepper, fennel, mint, anise, eucalyptus, basil and jarilla. In the mouth it is perceived its great volume and intensity, being extremely pleasant and pleasant.
VINIFICATION
From selected plots of very low production with a yield per hectare of approximately 4500kg. Manual harvest during the early morning, in the month of April, at the moment of full maturity. Pre-fermentative cold maceration. This wine rests in barrels and later in bottles.
AGING
Aged between 12-18 months in new French oak barrels to be then stowed in bottles for a minimum of 8 months.
ADVICE
Wine with great aging potential, over 12 years in the bottle.
