AT Roca Brut Reserva is a sparkling Brut Reserva coupage of Macabeo (50%), Xarel·lo (30%) and Parellada (20%) of organic viticulture of vineyards over 30 years old.
TASTING NOTE
At first glance it presents a clean and bright, pale yellow with new gold highlights. Fine and persistent bubble of medium evolution with abundant rosary and crown formation. In the first olfactory impression it is clean, frank and elegant. In second impression, the fruity aromas are dominated by apple, pear and fennel notes on a pastry and pastry background. The palate is very fruity and shows fine and elegant, with the creamy carbon and very well integrated. It emphasizes the fresh white fruit on a background of fine lees and pastry. On the whole it is fresh, elegant and persistent.
VITICULTURE
The 32 plots from which the grape comes from this wine are an expressive mosaic of the singularity of the different sub-areas of Penedès and, consequently, of the pertinent varieties of the area.
AGING
Cava with minimum aging of 20 months.
PAIRING
Ideal for appetizers, starters, pickles and ceviches, as well as fish and seafood.
