Auditori is an oak-aged red wine 100% Garnacha from old vines. A wine of real character Montsant, expressive and full of personality.
TASTING NOTE
Intense red color with garnet rim. The nose is very expressive and complex. Aromas of berries, red fruits, jam and balsamic with pleasant toasted notes give way gradually herbs and sweet spices like cinnamon and vanilla. The palate is a delicious and creamy wine. Prominence of ripe fruit next to certain mineral notes, toasted, cocoa and some balsamic. Structured and long-distance.
AGING
Aging in French oak barrels for 13 months. After the aging, bottled unfiltered clarify with the aim of maintaining its identity.
