Bàrbara Forés White Wine is a monovarietal white wine, 100% White Grenache.
TASTING NOTE
Pale lemon color with steely reflection. On the nose, it's intense with bouquets of white fruit (pear), white flowers (cherry and almond), freshly cut grass and fennel. On the palate, it's unctuous and fresh.
PREPARATION
Peculiar cold maceration for 24 hours and following pressing. 15 days of fermentation with its owns yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aging in its lees for 3 months.
PAIRING
perfect to join with rice, soft cheese, salad and fish.
