Bàrbara Forés Red Wine is a Red Vintage Wine of Coupage of Grenache (52%), carignian (32%) and Syrah (16%).
TASTING NOTE
Red color with violet reflections. In nose we have balsamic notes and fruity bouquet, a lot of fruit, and in the mouth we have a soft wine.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Each variety ferments separately with its owns yeast in stainless tanks in temperatures between 22 and 25 degrees. Aged in french oak barrels of 300 liters during 12 months.
