Bella Blanc Cartoixà is a monovarietal white wine, 100% Cartoixà or Xarel·lo, native variety of the area. The vineyards are located in Masmolets region.
TASTING NOTE
Golden yellow color, clear and bright. The fruity and citrus notes stand out against an aniseed background. The palate has a fresh and creamy entry. Structured, voluminous and greedy.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Vintage and manual selection of grapes in the vineyard. Static racking, prior to fermentation. Fermentation in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature of 16-17ºC. Later it ages French oak bótas.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany baked fish, creamy cheeses and vegetable creams.
