Bella White is a monovarietal white wine, 100% Macabeo.
TASTING NOTE
Golden yellow color with greenish, clear and bright reflections. The nose has aromas of white fruit with floral and herbal touches, the mouth is pleasantly fresh and soft, with a fine acid structure. Fresh, dry and Mediterranean wine.
VINIFICATION
Selection of the grape, manual harvest at the point of optimal maturation. Cold extraction of the flower must and fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18ºC, preserving the virtues of the variety, always seeking the freshness and youth of the wine.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany fresh salads, cod brandade, salmon, seafood and fish in general.
