Beronia Crianza is an aging red wine coupage of Tempranillo, Grenache and Mazuela coming from old vineyards. It is a fresh and pleasant wine.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry cherry red color intense. Of medium-high intensity. Clean and bright. In the nose, intense aromatic intensity, rich in nuances highlighting red fruits like cherries and raspberries in perfect harmony with mineral touches and aromatic herbs. Balanced and sweet palate. It emphasizes the fruit and the liquorice on a background of chocolate and coffee. Persistent and well structured.
AGING
Aging in French and American oak barrels for 12 months, followed by bottled time before being marketed.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany roasts, Iberian sausages or cured cheeses.
