Bertha Reserva Brut Nature is a cava blend of Macabeu (40%), Xarel lo (40%), and Parellada (20%) from certified organic farming. It is the house's flagship cava and is an excellent choice thanks to its value.
TASTING NOTES
Yellow color with greenish hues. The aromas are very varied, with light notes of white fruits such as apple and pear, mixed with aromas of aging reminiscent of fresh yeast and subtle smoky notes. On the palate, we find light milky and creamy notes with a smooth, well-integrated carbonation.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Carbonic fermentation in the bottle at 13°C. Aged for 18-30 months.
PAIRING
Ideal for pairing with any meal, whether appetizers, starters, fish, white meats, rice dishes, etc.
