Bollinger Special Cuvée is a champagne which Pinot Noir predominates before other varieties.
ENSAMBLAJE
It's made principally of Pinot Noir, followed by Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The maturation time is twice that indicated by the rules of the denomination.
TASTING NOTE
Golden color. Fine bubble. On the nose, we have a beatiful aromatic complexity. Ripe fruit and spices bouquets. Toasted apple, compote and peach notes. On the palate, subtle structure, lenght and vivacity combination. Pear, brioche and spices bouquets.
