Mascaró Narciso is a brandy made with wine holandas of varieties of the Penedes. Matured in Limousin oak barrels for a minimum period of 5 years.
ELABORATION
This brandy follows the method of double distillation, that is to say, the holandas of each variety and year (destilled wine) are distilled and aged separately, using a manual technique that allows to contribute the own seal of Mascaró products.
Narciso brandy aged for a minimum of 5 years in Limousin oak barrels, in a process totally controlled by an oenologist of the Mascaró family.
The assembly operation or blend, the mixture of the different holandas, is handmade and allows to obtain a brandy very personal and appreciated.
TASTING NOTE
Amber color with golden hues. Delicate aroma of vanilla and hazelnut on soft distilled background. In the mouth it is tasty, spicy, with fine nuances of wood. Long and pleasant presence in the mouth.
ADVICE
Drink it very cold. It is the ideal companion of chocolate. When melting together harmoniously in the mouth show all its splendor. Surprising for its delicacy and versatility in the preparations of high cocktails.
