Buxus de les Aubagues is a red wine coupage of old vines of Samsó (75%) and Grenache (25%) from the estate of the Aubagues.
TASTING NOTE
Intense ruby color, with dense aromas of cocoa, plums, violet. In the mouth we are presented with a great wine, with a lot of freshness but at the same time a powerful and very round wine.
VINIFICATION
Verema manual with boxes of approximately 16kg. Soft skid and crush. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration with stainless steel tanks for 25/28 days at controlled temperature. Natural malolactic fermentation. Breeding of onze mesos in French oak bóta. Soft and bottled clarification.
AGING
Aged for 11 months in French oak bote.
