Cairats Selecció

Cairats Selection is an aged red wine made with Carignan and Grenache, native varieties from the estatePins Bens, with lots of character.

TASTING NOTE

Cherry color with amber trim. In the nose we can find notes of red fruit with hints of vanilla and spices, wrapped by a background of mineral terroir and a balsamic touch mentholated tied to small spirits notes.

The palate is elegant and sweet with a subtle presence of tannin (round) grainy texture along with a touch of acidity gives a fresh spirits  long and persistent aroma.
