Cap de Ruc White is a monovarietal white wine, 100% White Grenache.
TASTING NOTE
It is characterized by its brilliance and lightness. It's a clean and clear wine with light golden tones. Soft aromatic intensity in which the delicate white flower bouquets predominate. In the mouth, it's fresh. On the palate, it's balanced and soft with a good intensity and nice end.
PREPARATION
Handmade harvest and selection with a following thermal treatment at -2ºC. Must extraction for 24h and fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 20.000L.
PAIRING
It's perfect to join with Mediterranean meals, white meat, pasta and rice.
