Carles Andreu Brut is a sparkling blend of Parellada and Macabeu, typical varieties of the region.
TASTING NOTE
Pale gold color with greenish reflections and with a fine and constant string of bubbles. Fruity nose with intense apple aroma, good reduction notes. In dry mouth with a fruity background and very good acidity.
ELABORATION
For the elaboration of the base wine a fermentation is carried out at 15ºC of temperature during 10 days, after a cold maceration of the skins to extract the color and the varietal aromas. Then, for the elaboration of the cava, a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle at 14ºC and aging with the "mothers" for a minimum of 18 months.
