Carles Andreu Rosado Barrica is a sparkling monovarietal, 100% Trepat.
TASTING NOTE
Original by tonality and its rosé color. The pleasure in its tasting begins with its aesthetic that psychologically suggests us, because its tones bring us to a world of tenderness and romanticism. Its character is structured, mature, intense, very complex and rich with aromas of red fruits mixed with aromas of pastry, cinnamon and honey.
ELABORATION
For the elaboration of the base wine it is elaborated with the Trepat must slightly lightly macerated in cold with its skins, to extract the aromas and the characteristic color of the variety. The fermentation is carried out at low temperature in new French oak barrels without torring, the wine obtained is left to rest with the "mothers" of the first fermentation during a period of three months. For the elaboration of the cava, a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle at 14ºC and aging with the "mothers" for a minimum of 26 months.
