Berdié Amor Brut Reserve is a premium rosé sparkling wine coupage of Macabeo, Xarelo, Parellada and Grenache.
TASTING NOTE
Elegant pale and subtle pink color. On the nose, it's intense and white fruits such as apple and pear stand out. It has a red fruits background and marked citrus reflections. The dairy and yeast notes add creaminess. It has character, personality and great subtlety due to the hibiscus flower and the Jamaican pepper. On the palate, it's fresh, wide, elegant and original. Pleasant acidity and candy sensations.
PREPARATION
Each grape variety is vinified separately at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the blend is made with the appropiate proportion of each of the varieties. Aged for more than 15 months.
