CERCOL is an oak-aged red wine 100% Grenache from the Mas de Dalt-Masos.
TASTING NOTE
Clear and clean aromas of the aging itself, to immediately show the ripe red fruit, hints of jam, anise and an elegant mineral background. The palate has a fresh and airy with a very balanced acidity entrance. Long finish.
AGING
Aged in French barrels for 11 months. Aged in the bottle for 24 months.
