Chartreuse La Tau is a French traditional herbal liquor that is named in honor of the Carthusian monastery where the 'Grande Chartreuse' is located in the Chartreuse massif (Alps region ). Chartreuse La Tau is a mix of Yellow Chartreuse (70%) with a dab of Green Chartreuse (30%).
