Aging in new French oak barrels of 300 liters Alier.
Varieties: Carignan 60% - 20% Cabernet - 20% Syrah
Harvest: between September 10 and October 5
Alcohol: 14,10º
Preparation: selection of the oldest vineyards of the area and manual harvest of the varieties. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months, the wine will be for a few months in bottle controlled conditions of temperature and humility.
Tasting: maroon - violacio, with much layer. On the nose, ripe fruit aromes and species, balsamic and roasted records, very intense and clean. In the mouth, has a very strong entry, It is robust and creamy, with ripe, well-integrated tannins and great aromatic intensity.
