Clot d'Encis White of Blacks is a monovarietal white wine, 100% Red Grenache from vineyards selected through a precise and meticulous vinification.
TASTING NOTE
Pale color with steel nuances, unique. It has bouquets of a fruit salad of white fruits, citrus and red fruits such as pomegranate or cherry. We can feel some flowers and traditional fennel. On the palate, it's tasty and it has more body than most white wines. Fresh and balanced.
SUGGESTION AND PAIRING
Different and extremely versatile white wine. You can drink it as an aperitif or to join a whole meal. It's perfect to serve very cold.
