Clot d'Encís Rosé is a rosé wine, coupage of Grenache and Mazuela-Carignan.
TASTING NOTE
Pale pink color with a varietal, fruity and elegant aromatic expression, very characteristic of the Grenache variety. On the palate, it's dry and fresh with body.
PAIRING
Perfect as an aperitif, an alternative to beer or traditional vermouth. It's also perfect to join with an omelette, traditional cold meat and tomato with bread.
