Coma d'en Pou Bàrbara Forés is a Red Wine made of Coupage of Red Grenache and 'Peluda' Grenache in the country house Coma d'en Pou.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color, clean and brilliant on glass. In the nose, it stands out for its complexity. Fruit and undergrowth bouquets. In the mouth, it's a juicy, tasty, very balanced and lasting.
PREPARATION AND AGING
It ferments in opened barrels with its own yeasts between 20-23 degrees. It macerates with its own skin between 17 and 19 days. A third maceration with stem. Finally, Aging in french oak barrels of 500 liters during 14 months.
PAIRING
Perfect to join with stew, barbecue, salad, pasta and legume.
