Coordenades Blanc is a white wine coupage Chardonnay and Macabeo from the estate "Les Rengles" for over 40 years located in Puigpelat (Alt Camp, Tarragona).
TASTING NOTE
Visually it has a clean and bright appearance with greenish reflections that highlights its youth. In the glass you can see a dense tear that makes us glimpse its volume in the mouth. The aroma is very clean and has a high intensity with notes of tropical fruit, floral and creamy traces. At tasting level, we perceive a balanced and interesting wine thanks to the combination of the varieties that make it up: the chardonnay that brings freshness and the macabeo that brings volume, and thanks to its acidity it is a very awake wine. The entrance in the mouth is very friendly and vibrant that leads us to feel a tropical explosion.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Coupage with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequently worked with its own lees for 3 months.
