Coordenades Negre is a single varietal red wine, 100% Tempranillo from a 25 year old estate located in Puigpelat (Alt Camp, Tarragona).
TASTING NOTE
Full and round wine of light ruby color with garnet shades. The nose has a fresh aroma typical of the variety that reminds of red fruit such as blackberry and also the presence of spices such as black pepper with balsamic touches. It has a slightly mineral, very pleasant memory that allows it to accompany all kinds of grilled meats or with sauce. The aftertaste is persistent and very pleasant.
VINIFICATION
Grapes harvested by ecological treatment and picked by hand in the area with the highest slope to obtain the clusters with the highest sugar content. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. For several weeks the pumping technique is done to extract color and aromas from the skins. Made without sulfites.
