Cuvilà is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Grenache from old vines from Figuera del Montsant.
TASTING NOTE
Red cherry color, bright. The nose is a floral and fruity wine, with aromas of red fruits. Its main virtue is the silkiness in the mouth and the long, pleasant and persistent finish.
ELABORATION
Manual harvest. Biodynamic agriculture recognized with the DEMETER seal. Fermentation in cement for 3 weeks.
AGING
Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels of 500L and then 5 months in truncated concrete tanks plus 6 months in the bottle.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany meats of any kind, mushrooms, grilled vegetables, etc.
