De Muller Reserva is an artisan-made vermouth.
TASTING NOTE
Wine of intense yellow color. Aromatic with roasted backgrounds. It has the peculiar taste, bitter and silky, that characterizes the traditional vermouth of Reus. Tasty mouth filling with light sweet touches.
ELABORATION
Following the traditional formula based on infusions of raspberries and aromatic plants after a period of maceration, its extract is mixed with a selection of wines that remain stored in large barrels. After a long period of aging in small oak foudres this vermouth is obtained.
