Destrankis is an oak-aged red wine of Grenache and Carignan.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry red with violet tones. Middle layer and slowly tear. The nose is full of fruit and light menthol touches. It shows notes of forest and wood, although very elegant shown. The palate is very light but persistent, and with a subtle mineral background that shows where it comes from. Very strong acidity as can be expected of a wine where the Priorat Grenache predominates.
AGING
It has been aged in for 10 months in French an American barrels.
