Dits Terra is a varietal red wine, 100% Carignan from old vines over 80 years cultivated according to the rules of sustainable organic farming, showing great respect for the land. It is a powerful and deep wine.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color with garnet rim. thin tear. Intense nose with aromas of ripe, balsamic fruit, mineral, scrubland and wet soil with notes of toasted oak. The palate is powerful, rich and deep wine. Strong presence of fruit and toasted oak, spices and mineral notes. Good acidity. It has a long, lingering finish.
AGING
Aged for 24 months in foudres it is bottled without fining or filtration.
