Dos Claveles 2016 Toro Albalà is a dry single-varietal white wine, 100% Pedro Ximénez.
TASTING NOTE
Pale color with greenish reflections. Bright, alive and clean. In the nose is a fresh wine with fruit notes where the apple prevails and a slight floral touches while in the mouth is balanced. Good passage through the mouth and a very balanced acidity.
ELABORATION
Made from selected grapes of the variety Pedro Ximénez with a vintage advanced to obtain a lower concentration of sugars and an elaboration with the most advanced technology.
PAIRING
Perfect accompaniment to seafood, fish or white meats baked.
