Edetària Finca La Personal is a red wine monovarietal, 100% Grenache 'Peluda' from old strains of a single estate. It is a wine that transmits the singularity of a variety of which only a few hectares are cultivated in the world.
TASTING NOTE
High aromatic wine with a generous range of red fruits complemented by notes of Mediterranean herbs. The wine leaves at the end a souvenir of cocoa and dry leaves, and a balsamic background. It is an elegant wine, complex and of great freshness in the mouth. It has a smooth and fresh mouth pass that also lengthens the aftertaste.
AGING
Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels of 300 liters to respect to the maximum the purity of the spices and the minerality of a single wine.
