TASTING NOTE
Intense garnet color with violet flashes. Clean and bright, little evolved. Powerful aromatic intensity, notes of red fruits very well assembled with the aromas and spices of the French barrel. It has an intense, broad flavor and a long and lasting aftertaste. Very balanced and round.
PAIRING
It allows a wide variety of meat and fish dishes, Mediterranean dishes such as rice, tapas and pasta.
