El Ganagot d'Alforja red wine coupage of Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards located in the village of Alforja.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry color, covered with slightly purple edging. Nose of great intensity with elegant notes of fine wood, mixed with cocoa and ripe fruit (cherry with liquor) to finish exhibiting fresh notes of licorice, fennel and chamomile. The palate is elegant, voluminous, dense, slightly tannic, mineral, long and persistent finish.
AGING
Aged in French oak barrels (Allier) for 1 year and a minimum of 6 years in bottle.
