El Gos White is a white wine 100% White Grenache from conventional and sustainable vineyards.
TASTING NOTE
Clean and bright straw yellow color. Calm wine in the glass. Both in the nose and in the mouth it is fresh, fruity and elegant.
VINIFICATION
Maceration of 3 hours, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 10,000 liters with indigenous yeasts.
AGING
Aged for 3 months in oak barrels.
