El Gos is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Grenache from conventional and sustainable vineyards located in El Molar village.
TASTING NOTE
Intense and very bright color. It is fruity on the nose while on the palate it is fresh and sweet.
VINIFICATION
3-day maceration, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 10,000 liters with indigenous yeasts.
AGING
Age 3 months in French oak barrels.
