El Quintà Bàrbara Forés is a Monovarietal White Wine, 100% White Grenache coming from old vineyards.
TASTING NOTE
Yellow color with golden reflections. On glass is clean and bright with good legs. In the nose we have an intense wine. First we feel the white fruit, then the floral, tropical, balsamic and some toasted bouquets. In the mouth it has a good and soft entry. Long and bitter end.
PRODUCTION AND AGING
Peculiar maceration in cold for 24 hours. The fermentation is done in french oak barrels of 500 liters with their own yeasts. Aging in the same barrels with the starters during 6 months.
