Emilio Moro is a monovarietal red wine, 100% Tinto Fino or Tempranillo.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry red color very covered with violet tones. On the nose it is frank and elegant with a complex base of ripe black fruits. The aroma is very alive lasting freshness after aging and leaving tertiary in the background enriching the whole. The palate is balanced, large volume and easy passage with a long and persistent aftertaste.
PREPARATION AND AGING
Made from grapes from vines between 12 and 25 years old. Its fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
