Ennak + Plus is a red wine aged coupage of Cabernet Sauvignon (29%), Red Grenache (28%), Carignan (20%), Grenache tintorera (12%) and Syrah (11%), different autochthonous varieties grown in an ecological way .
TASTING NOTE
Intense red color, clean and bright. On the nose, fresh wine with aromas of red fruits while in the mouth we find a soft and light wine with a round finish. A fun and easy to drink wine.
AGING
Aged 12 months in French oak barrels, different for each winemaking:
Carignan: 300L barrels, medium toasted.
Grenache and Syrah: 300L barrels, medium roasting.
Cabernet Sauvignon: 225L barrels, high toasted.
PAIRING
Ideal to accompany meats, rounds of meat, appetizers and sausages, roast chicken, etc.
