L'Ermita is a red wine blend of Grenache (92%), Samso (7%) and Uva Blanca (1%) from the l'Ermita estate located in Gratallops. A steep vineyard slopes and slate floor (Llicorella). The estate is characterized by a diagonal grain sandstone
TASTING NOTE
It is a limited, exclusive, harmonious and with an inexplicable force came. It is one of the great jewels of Spanish wine-making scene, and l'Ermita 2011 is rated excellent resulting in a wine with great elegance, with fine and deep fragrance and splendor of a fruit at full maturity.
For consumption of this wine it is ideal to take it on its aging potential highest point. His best time is from the tenth year in bottle. It is recommended to decant the bottle at least two hours earlier.
AGING
Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
PAIRING
This wine is ideal for stews of meat, poultry and red meat.
