Ferrer Bobet Vinyes Velles is a red wine blend varied Carignan (70%) and Grenache (30%) from old vines and slate soils. Wine grown under strict organic viticulture, showing great respect for the land.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry red color. Clean and bright. Intensely aromatic nose with red fruit aromas that give way to spicy, balsamic aromas, floral notes, toast and mineral notes. The palate is rich, complex, long and fresh. Superb acidity, sweet tannins and surprising point of maturity.
AGING
Malolactic conversion and aging in fine-grained, medium- and lightly-toasted French oak barrels for 15 months.
