TASTING NOTE
G'Vine has a complex floral aroma that has nothing to do with the other gins. Floraison is the key moment in the life cycle of the grape, it is the perfect name for a fresh and floral gin, soft and round. G'Vine evokes the essence of spring when the flowers of the grape bloom.

ELABORATION
Its process of artisanal elaboration, its delicate flowers that are only collected during 15 days in June and its four distillations made in a copper still place it as an ultra premium gin.

The exceptionally smooth and elegant flavor is the result of the neutral alcohol of grape, an unconventional ingredient for a gin that entails a roundness and a new complexity for the palate. It is the canvas for the most delicate botanists to express themselves. The 10 carefully selected aromatic plants that make up this gin are: juniper berries, green cardamom, cubebe berries, licorice, coriander, quassia amara, nutmeg, ginger root and the unconventional flower grape. Divided into 4 families, each of them macerated and distilled separately, in small batches according to their aromatic profile.

The captivating floral scent comes from the grape blossom, which blossoms fleetingly for a few days before becoming a grape. Nothing else to bloom in the month of June, is collected by hand to preserve its extraordinary fragrance. Subsequently, it is macerated in neutral grape alcohol and distilled in a perfumery still called floretín.
It is in the last stage of the elaboration process when all the ingredients are carefully mixed (grape alcohol, aromatic plants, spices and grape flower), and they are again distilled in a traditional copper still called Lily Fleur. From this alchemy are born two expressions: Floraison and Nouaison.
