Genium Celler is a red wine blend of Grenache (60%), Carignan (20%), Merlot (15%) and Syrah (5%). Wine of great complexity and structure.
TASTING NOTE
Intense ruby color. On the nose fresh red fruits with Asian spices and floral. Deep, broad and sweet, while energetic and precise, offering attention to their fruit, cherry, raspberry, blackberry. and long silky tannins, soft hints of vanilla, fresh and energetic.
AGING
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels Alier. Natural unfiltered wine, may have precipitated tartaric acid in the bottle.
