Giné Giné is a red wine coupage of Grenache and Carignan from 50% of young vineyards and 50% from old hillside vineyards. It is the first wine produced by the winery Buil & Giné and represents the essence of the Priorat. Wine of great versatility.
TASTING NOTE
Dry wine where you can appreciate the aromas of the grape. It is a very fruity and mineral wine. In the mouth it is elegant, with body and high graduation, but with a very good integration of alcohol.
ELABORATION
Each variety is fermented separately. The maceration is long and at a temperature between 26 and 28ºC. Subsequently malolactic fermentation is performed. As soon as it finishes the coupage is made and bottled.
